Hello everyone! My name is Ty Gilbert and I am Chief Operating Officer of T & T Notary. I have been working with CEO Teresa Craft for over a year and I have loved every minute of it! Our office has successfully closed over 1000 real estate transactions and notarized several confidential documents throughout the years. My hobbies include volunteering with local non-profit organizations, continuing to learn Spanish, and traveling. I am Teresa, the proud owner of T & T Notary. I have been an NNA Certified Notary Signing agent for over one year. I have had continued experience in real estate for over 20 years as a paralegal at various real estate law firms in Atlanta, GA. I have extensive experience working with the real estate industry professionals as a real estate agent, paralegal, and in customer service oriented positions. I hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration, a Real Estate Agent license for the state of Georgia, and a TESOL teaching certificate where I teach English as a Second language. As a native of South Carolina, now calling Orlando, Florida home, I am a veteran dedicated to helping others lead inspired lives. I value self-growth and development, respect, and integrity. I regularly share my passion for life and real estate on my vlog. 

Before entering real estate as an EXP agent, I served in the United States Army and attended Full Sail University and then aviation school. Although stationed at Fort Bragg, I served in 9 countries during my military career. The experience of serving my country and living abroad shaped me into the person I am today.

James M. Webb is the COO of Brewlando in Orlando, Florida and has over 25 years of adult beverage industry experience within USA.

Prior to his current role, James was the President/CEO of Carib Brewery USA within the Beverage Sector of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies as well as President of DCI Miami Inc. (ANSA Group) and SE Regional Manager for DG Yuengling and Sons.

James is a veteran of the US Army and he is married with three children and a grandson.

It is a pleasure to introduce myself to the members of the chamber of commerce! My name is Amanda Rupell, I am the Executive Director for Lake Nona's brand new Assisted Living and Memory Care community, Heathstone at Nona Lakes. We are projected to open in the Fall of 2023. My show room is  open, right on Hearthstone's site, which will give prospects an opportunity to view our floor plans, amenities, and receive answers for all your pending questions. 
I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. I attended the University of Northern Colorado, and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology. My passion has always been in serving the Senior Population, and exceeding their expectation for their Senior Years. I am delighted to join Hearthstone as we bring Lake Nona a new destination for Senior Care.
