KPMG's New Lakehouse & Local Impact

Sherry Magee serves as the Senior Director of Community Relations for the KPMG Lakehouse, the national learning, development and innovation center nearing completion in Lake Nona. In this role, she works collaboratively with internal KPMG teams and local partners to activate a targeted community engagement strategy designed to reinforce the KPMG brand among key stakeholder groups. KPMG Lakehouse is a 780,000 sq. ft. center which encompasses 800 sleeping rooms and more than 100 indoor and outdoor learning spaces. It serves as the primary point of cultural pride and learning excellence for more than 38,000 partners and professionals who will visit annually.
A seasoned public relations and communications professional, Sherry brings more than 20 years of experience navigating the Central Florida business landscape. Prior to her role at KPMG, she worked for numerous high-profile businesses and organizations in Orlando including CNL Financial Group, United Medical Corporation, the Florida 2012 Olympic Committee and the Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association.
