Topic: “Natural Nutrition Based Weight Loss Goals”
Bio: Dr. Marty Nalda, DC, is the director of Inspire Weight Loss™ and has been in practice in Central Florida for over 20 years. These effective weight loss programs have been used on herself to lose and then keep off the weight she has lost. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Florida International University in Miami and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Georgia. She has treated thousands of patients over the years.“I have created these weight loss programs for women and men after years of trial and error and personal struggles to lose weight. I have tried everything, much like you, and this program is hands down the easiest, safest, and most sustainable weight loss program available. Weight loss can seem like a battle, and finding the best weight loss program can be a confusing process. I wanted not only to look great but also to feel better and improve my health. I had the knowledge of nutrition but needed a customized weight management plan that was fast, effective, and safe. My fast, effective weight loss program does just that. Inspire Weight Loss Center has a physician-guided weight loss plan, rules to follow, and real food to eat. It also provides coaching, guidance, and accountability to help you create better habits for long-term success. Feeling better, having less pain, and increasing my energy have all come as a result of healthy weight loss.”

Topic: “Anti-Aging at the Cellular Level/ Stem Cell Therapy”
Bio: My passion is to get people back to their lives, whether if they are derailed by injury, their bodies not feeling like themselves, or the natural aging process. I help clients get back to sport, work, health and beauty so that they can feel more like themselves and enjoy their lives again.
My educational background includes undergraduate studies at Emory, Medical School at LSU in New Orleans, Residency at UOC and Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Interventional Spine in Hawaii.
I started exploring both cosmetic and regenerative medicine a few years ago. The cosmetic to help people feel better and more youthful, the regenerative for more healing of injuries and recovery back to sport and life. I have treated thousands of patients in the traditional and Regenerative path of medicine. Which I have been fortunate to have had amazing results. This path has led me to be able to treat the whole person and to achieve wellness which is what I enjoy the most about being an innovative physician.
