As a Business Process Consultant, I’ve spent over 25 years managing various operations, overseeing customer service, inventory control, warehouse, transportation, technical, sales & marketing and professional services teams. My key responsibility in most cases was to significantly improve overall efficiency throughout the operation by analyzing processes with key role players, implementing the key systems needed to streamline processes, developing great ongoing analytical data and improving internal and external communications. I've focused on the most cost-effective solutions to help businesses and if we couldn't find something within budget - I usually built it. I'm able to develop and fully implement mobile and desktop applications integrated with internal systems as needed quickly with rapid development tools and open source solutions in order to keep costs down.
With years of operational experience, my hope is to assist local businesses with a new platform called Village Connect - a business directory and task completion platform dedicated to the Nonahood area. The platform features a listing of local businesses and looks to connect residents more closely with businesses for an overall stronger community. We provide businesses the ability to feature deals, meals, products & services; post booking availability and receive service, appointment and general requests and so much more.
