Kim Horvath brings almost two decades of experience to the real estate profession. Having spent over 30 years in the field of education, her love of working with children and their parents nurtured a blend of compassion and respect for individual needs and priorities. Her opportunities lead her to work internationally and inspired a zest to promote global and cultural awareness. Kim is a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She is a licensed Broker in the state of North Carolina, as well as a licensed REALTOR®/ Salesperson in the state of Florida. Her most recent accomplishment includes the completion of the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation Course, as well as receiving the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). She is also a member of Orlando’s Lake Nona Chamber of Commerce.
Kim adores Central Florida's weather and lifestyle and treasures the joyful feel of the Orlando area. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys playing her piano, cycling, swimming, walking, enjoying nature, and relaxing at the beach.
