Founder & Principal, Amanda Pascale, is a serial social entrepreneur with three decades of experience across Main Street, K Street, and Wall Street. From a young age, she has partnered with global leaders to drive transformative innovation and systemic change. Over the last 20 years, Amanda has worked side-by-side with changemaker CEOs to create significance, strategies, and systems for purpose-driven organizations. Now, she focuses on guiding high-achieving executives and purpose-driven entrepreneurs in how to operationalize their values in the boardroom and beyond. She is a trusted convener, builder of courageous organizations, and culture strategist working as a business coach and fractional c-level executive to companies experiencing rapid growth, shift in strategy, or change in leadership.

In support of accelerating the work of social entrepreneurs and purpose-driven organizational cultures, Amanda serves on the Board of Advisors for Stetson University's School of Business Administration Prince Entrepreneurship Program, and as the LaunchPad Innovation Ecosystem Director for the State Policy Network. A resident of Lake Nona, Florida with her family, Amanda is also a member of the board of directors for Conscious Nona, a community-led nonprofit curating spaces that activate holistic choice and conscious behavior to rewire connection to ourselves, each other, and the planet we share; and an active member of the Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce where she serves on the Economic Development & Innovation Committee as well as the Military & Veterans Affairs Committee.
