Flex is a Professional Bodybuilder, a Jack Canfield Certified Success Coach, a NGA Certified Personal Trainer, has a Purple Belt in Jiu Jitsu, and an ACE Certified Personal trainer with a specialty in Sports Conditioning & Behavioral Change. His passion for fitness stems from his exposure to the martial arts world as a child. When Flex was 8 years old, he began taking Sho-Kin classes with his Uncle, the owner of the Hillside Sho-Kin Karate Academy in New Jersey.

Through his training, Flex was taught to master two important skills: how to individually activate his body parts to execute strong and precise body movements, and how to control his breathing to maximize his power. The importance of muscle and mind connection remains at the core of everything Flex teaches in his 12-week challenge “The Fit Parent Blueprint.”

I started in insurance in 2016 with my wife Amy Zaki-Busby after working in the trucking industry and seafood industries for 13 years. Prior to that I was in the US Army with a combat tour in Iraq in July 2004 until Oct 2005 as a Motor Transport Operator. 

Being in the Insurance industry has been extremely rewarding for me because, as a broker I am not working for some large corporation, but rather I am working for the customer, helping them find a quality policy that fits their individual needs at an appropriate price. I personally specialize in Commercial Insurance products such as Commercial Auto, Excess, General Liability, Errors & Omissions, D&O Coverage, Inland Marine, etc, but, we have staff that specialize in personal Auto and Home, to include renters, personal umbrellas and so on.

Charlie Render is an experienced data analytics consultant with over a decade of experience in data analytics and digital optimization. After working with and for big companies such as PwC for years, he decided he wanted to create a business that specialized in helping small businesses take advantage of all of the resources and techniques that massive corporations were using. While our firm has worked with big companies such as Marriott Hotels and BlueCross BlueShield, we mostly work with small businesses and non-profits! Justin Cobb attended the University of Central Florida (UCF) where he studied Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. Justin returned to UCF as a professor to Pre-Medical and Pre-Physical Therapy students while also working for Cirque Du Soleil and Sports Specific Training and Rehabilitation. During his tenure, Justin has earned numerous postgraduate certifications including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Neuro Emotional Techniques (N.E.T).  He is now a co-founder and president of New Dimensions Wellness in Orlando, Florida.
