I am a Licensed REALTOR and property investor with Charles Rutenberg Realty.  I have  lived in Central Florida  for over 40 years and love helping people with their real estate goals. Having designed and built two custom homes and working in property restoration, I am uniquely qualified to  work with buyers who are using local home builders on new construction homes.  Other professional experiences include serving as Past Chairman for the Lake Nona Chamber and director at the  St. Cloud Chamber.  I have been married 36 years to Chuck Byrge, a Captain for Southwest Airlines; together we have two adult sons and 3 grandchildren. Call me for a no-pressure consultation.

Connie Steinwart is the Area Director of Sales for the Tavistock Hotel Collection. While overseeing the Courtyard, Residence Inn, and SpringHill Suites Orlando/Lake Nona, she is responsible for the sales vision, financial growth, and performance of these Marriott branded hotels.

Outside of work, Connie also Volunteered with Feed the Children setting up fund raisers and food distribution, Ronald McDonald House providing family meals, and Family Promise where she volunteered making meals, setting up housing within the church, and fundraising.
