Tom is an aerospace business development manager with Collins Aerospace and decorated Navy veteran.  He has been married to Laura Keen for over 30 years. They have two grown children.   Tom has participated in both Leadership Orlando and the Mayor’s City Academy.  Tom is active in several veteran service organizations and  currently serves as Treasurer for Friends of Fisher House.    He also serves as a member on the City of Orlando Citizen's Police Advisory Board.

A Hero For Kids  was founded by John Kalish, a decorated infantry leader with the United States Army. One of John’s core beliefs is that our military veterans, police officers, firefighters, and teachers are the true heroes, even though they don’t wear capes.

My greatest passion is to encourage individuals to open their hearts and minds to their potential and help them achieve it. I help my clients by creating a financial plan that allows them to focus on their vision knowing they have a plan in place that supports them. After being honorably discharged as a Corporal, I graduated as Valedictorian from Full Sail University, with a degree in Sports Marketing & Media. I knew I wanted to work in the field of business, but Finance had never crossed my mind until my Managing Partner Tom Goes, recruited me to work and see what the industry is all about. Thanks to the divine appointment that led me to meet Tom, I wake up every day grateful for being in a career that is so rewarding. 

I was born in Dominican Republic and grew up in Florida. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and doing outdoor activities. I became a health insurance specialist because I want to help people in the community find a health plan that best fits their healthcare needs and budget. I am a proud member of the Rotary Club of Saint Cloud, Rotary Club International, Hispanic American Professional and Business Women's Association, and Women's Club of Saint Cloud.

Christopher Baker graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Art in Behavior Science in 1997. During college, Christopher was a Re-Founding Father for the Chi Chapter of Theta Xi Fraternity and was President of Interfraternity Council. After graduating from The Ohio State University, Christopher spent 17 years as an Officer in the United States Air Force on active duty and in the reserves and was honorably discharged after serving in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM with the Joint Meritorious Service, Air Force Meritorious Service, and Air Force Commendation Medals.

Christopher has been a Residential Real Estate Consultant for over 16 years.  He was awarded the Keller Williams Cultural Ambassador for the North Florida Region in 2011. In addition, Christopher was the #1 Single Agent for sales for Keller Williams Advantage III Realty in 2014, 2015, and 2020 and led the Christopher Baker Team to #1 Team in Sales for Keller Williams Advantage III Realty in 2016.  He has served on the Agent Leadership Council for 7 years and was President of The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Central Florida from 2017-2020.  Currently, Christopher is the KWKC Regional Ambassador for the North Florida Region, the Board of Directors for KW Kids Can Inc., and the Board of Trustees for the Theta Xi Foundation.

Christopher is a father of two teen boys and a passionate sports fan.  Christopher's hobbies include travel, playing cards, and darts, and going to the movies.  

Dr. Kerul Kassel is the founder and president of First Nature Foundation, whose mission is to enhance the leadership skills of many audiences for what is needed in the 21st Century. She has almost two decades of leadership coaching and transformative facilitation experience, with multiple coaching credentials. She has been quoted in TIME magazine, Real Simple, and the Chicago Tribune; and has a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems and a Masters in Human Development. She’s the author of The Thinking Executive’s Guide to Sustainability (Business Expert Press, 2014), two books on procrastination, and a number of chapters and articles in peer reviewed publications. Kerul is also an elected official on the Harmony Community Development District Board of Supervisors (going on her fourth term!) and leads a number of Harmony community initiatives. Her horses are her leadership gurus, always teaching her leadership and life lessons that she shares with her playshop participants.

Lori Ciaravella is one of Orlando’s most trusted title insurance professionals. As the Director of Business Development at Red Door Title Group, she partners with real estate agents to help them leverage new clients and grow their business. A member of the National Association of Realtors, Lori works with individual real estate agents, lenders, investors, and developers interested in selling and purchasing Central Florida’s most coveted residential and commercial properties.

Hello everyone! My name is Ty Gilbert and I am Chief Operating Officer of T & T Notary. I have been working with CEO Teresa Craft for over a year and I have loved every minute of it! James M. Webb is the COO of Brewlando in Orlando, Florida and has over 25 years of adult beverage industry experience within USA.

Prior to his current role, James was the President/CEO of Carib Brewery USA within the Beverage Sector of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies as well as President of DCI Miami Inc. (ANSA Group) and SE Regional Manager for DG Yuengling and Sons.

James is a veteran of the US Army and he is married with three children and a grandson.

I work in the Medicare and Individual Health Insurance space.  I have been licensed for 18+ years and am licensed in Florida and Michigan.  I am appointed with the majority of health insurance carriers in the state of Florida.  I have one son, who is active duty military, my significant other Tony, 3 dogs, 4 cows and 8 chickens.  I am an active BNI member, and an active member of the National Association of Benefits & Insurance Professionals.   I love what I do.
