I am a Licensed REALTOR and property investor with The Fischer Group at EXP Realty.  I have  lived in Central Florida  for over 40 years and love helping people with their real estate goals. With a focus on identifying and purchasing distressed properties for rehab, I am able to solve tough real estate situations for owners unable to realize a traditional sale. Having designed and built two custom homes and working in property restoration, I am uniquely qualified to  work with buyers who are using local home builders on new construction homes.  Other professional experiences include serving as Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce and director for the board of the  St. Cloud Chamber.  I have been married 35 years to Chuck Byrge, a Captain for Southwest Airlines; together we have two adult sons and 3 grandchildren. Call me for a no-pressure consultation.

Madelyn comes to the Chamber with a wealth of knowledge from more than 17 years’ experience at the St. Cloud Greater Osceola Chamber of Commerce where she served as the Membership Manager and Business Development Coordinator. During her tenure in St. Cloud, Madelyn helped grow that chamber from less than 250 members to more than 600. She also assisted in the concept and planning of many of that chamber’s successful events and programs.

Madelyn Long previously held several senior positions in the United States Government where she worked as a Systems Analyst. She also holds the Superior Honor Award from the United States Department of State for outstanding commitment and efforts while serving at the U.S. Embassy Belgrade, Yugoslavia. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Fitness, Recreation and Health from the University of Maryland.
