Tom is an aerospace business development manager with Collins Aerospace and decorated Navy veteran.  He has been married to Laura Keen for over 30 years. They have two grown children.   Tom has participated in both Leadership Orlando and the Mayor’s City Academy.  Tom is active in several veteran service organizations and  currently serves as Treasurer for Friends of Fisher House.    He also serves as a member on the City of Orlando Citizen's Police Advisory Board.

James M. Webb is the COO of Brewlando in Orlando, Florida and has over 25 years of adult beverage industry experience within USA.

Prior to his current role, James was the President/CEO of Carib Brewery USA within the Beverage Sector of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies as well as President of DCI Miami Inc. (ANSA Group) and SE Regional Manager for DG Yuengling and Sons.

James is a veteran of the US Army and he is married with three children and a grandson.

Birgit Delazanos is the Chief Operating Officer with Verandah Properties in the Central Florida
region. She is highly specialized in strategic planning and business operations. With over a
decade of experience, she excels in leading transformative initiatives and driving
organizational growth. Birgit's expertise spans strategic restructuring, change management,
and operational excellence. Her dedication to continuous improvement and commitment to
driving business growth set her apart as an outstanding contributor in the field of property
management.

Graduated in Marketing with a master's degree in E-Commerce, passionate about technology currently leading my professional career in IT, being a Software Architect studying to become a Data Scientist. Recently I am in charge of business in the United States area for IT Culture, being one of the brand owners in this country and developing business.
