Kelly Lopez is the Executive Vice President, Enterprise Services at Scout Sourcing, a woman-owned nationwide sourcing and distribution company providing sustainable paper, raw materials, and packaging solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Kelly is responsible for the strategy and execution of emerging product and service categories at Scout Sourcing. Prior to joining Scout Sourcing, Kelly was Vice President of HealthCare Sales at RR Donnelley. While at RRD, she held both operational and sales leadership roles providing print and marketing solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Kelly's experience spans almost every facet of life from her career in corporate America climbing the ladder in a male dominated industry and mentoring emerging professionals to her personal journey of navigating through divorce, life as a working mom, running a blended family of 8, and fostering support for events and organizations in her local community. She has a degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
Beckee Edge is the CEO of Behavior Matters, Edge Property Management, & BEC Consulting. Beckee Edge is a wife, mother of 4, and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She considers herself a serial entrepreneur. She started her career as a special education teacher but went back to school to become a behavior analyst after she saw first-hand the difference this type of therapy made with her child. She opened Behavior Matters in 2010 as a solo practice but due to the high need for therapy, quickly hired behavior technicians urging them to become BCBAs themselves. Her client base and team quickly grew. She was actively involved in advocacy and dissemination of Applied behavior Analysis both local, state & national level. She has joined advocacy groups such as the Partners in Policymaking (FL), Autism Society of Greater Orlando, Council of Autism Service Providers, and Key Coalition of Alaska. She was also instrumental in the passing of HB-361 (Licensure of Behavior Analyst in Alaska) offering testimony and spearheading letter-writing campaigns. Behavior Matters serves families in 3 states, Alaska, California, and Nebraska. Rebeka is passionate about the science of behavior analyst and how it can improve lives. She has begun consulting with business owners on how to use behavior analytic principles to improve efficiencies and assists others with finding their dream job or pursue the dream of starting their own business. Her next big dream is to build an inclusive housing community in Central FL for adults with autism
