As Southern Region Area Manager, Topic Leader and LEAD Program Manager with WOMEN Unlimited, Peggy serves organizations committed to developing a diverse talent pipeline.
Throughout her 25+ year career in management consulting and human resources, one consistent theme is her focus on cultivating authentic, sustainable leaders and teams. She has consulted with leaders in industries as diverse as banking & finance, insurance, biotech, manufacturing, energy, entertainment, travel & hospitality, and real estate management. She is pleased to be affiliated with Rollins as an executive leadership and career coach serving the Crummer Graduate School of Business and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Rollins College and the University of Central Florida.
Peggy earned her Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Organizational Behavior & Management, from the University of Houston. As well as certifications or qualifications in LIFO®, EQ-i 2.0®, DiSC® and FIRO-B®, she has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) designations and is currently completing her Certified Professional Coach certification.
Orangetheory Fitness Lake Nona will provide a door prize of a $400-valued VIP class, led by head coach Tom. The private 45-minute class will have a limited number of participants to enjoy this exclusive workout opportunity with their best coach.
