Lake Nona’s most prestigious black-tie gala returns and it promises to be unforgettable.

The momentum from our recent community celebrations continues to build as we announce the 3rd Annual Illumination Awards, taking place February 6, 2026, at Aloft Orlando Lake Nona.

This is more than a gala—it’s the evening when Lake Nona’s most influential business and community leaders come together to celebrate excellence, honor extraordinary achievements, and recognize the individuals and organizations shaping our region’s future.

February 6, 2026 | 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Guests will enjoy a sophisticated black-tie experience featuring an exquisite multi-course dinner, elevated entertainment, meaningful recognition of excellence, and exceptional networking with the region's top leaders and visionaries.

Dinner Entrée Selection: Please choose one of the following main courses:

  • Seared Atlantic Salmon With Cilantro Cream
  • Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs With Braising Jus
  • Blackened Tofu With Crispy Quinoa And Roasted Tomato Coulis

Ambassador of the Year
Recognizes an individual who has gone above and beyond in representing the Chamber and supporting its mission. This honoree is an active connector, advocate, and champion for the business community, consistently welcoming others, building relationships, and embodying the spirit of collaboration.
Entrepreneur of the Year - Presented By Plug and Play Orlando
Honors an entrepreneur who demonstrates innovation, resilience, and leadership in building and growing a business. This award celebrates vision, creativity, and the ability to turn ideas into impact while contributing positively to the local business ecosystem.
Minority-Owned Business of the Year
Recognizes a minority-owned business that exemplifies excellence, growth, and community impact. This award celebrates leadership, innovation, and the meaningful contributions of diverse business owners to the region’s economy and culture.
Small Business of the Year
Honors a small business that demonstrates outstanding performance, customer service, and community involvement. This award recognizes businesses that punch above their weight—showing strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Business of the Year
Recognizes an organization that sets the standard for excellence in the business community. This award honors overall achievement, including leadership, growth, innovation, and community engagement, and celebrates a business that has made a significant impact on the region.
Veteran-Owned Business of the Year / Individual - Presented By Detailing Express
Recognizes a veteran-owned business or individual veteran leader who demonstrates excellence in entrepreneurship, leadership, and service. This award honors those who have successfully translated their military experience into business success while making a positive impact on the community and supporting economic growth.
