Andy is currently the Vice President of Sports Ventures for Tavistock Development Corporation, the Tavistock Group entity that is responsible for the 7,000 acre mixed-use development at Lake Nona. In this role he is responsible for all sports related business development. He played a critical role in landing the USTA’s “Home of American Tennis” and most recently led Tavistock’s efforts to build the Orlando City Soccer Club’s Training Center. Andy is also the President of Lake Nona Golf & Country Club and Lake Nona Realty.

Fabio Silva had been around soccer his entire life; as a Champion player out of Brazil, to Orlando to play at Cypress Creek High School and for UCF.  Playing then turned into years of coaching, which Fabio still enjoys today.  He and his wife, Cris, have two sons, and when Fabio started coaching their boys he realized he wanted nothing more than to give them the best soccer environment close to home.  Although he has spent over 15 years in the Hospitality Management Industry and Real Estate, he chose to follow his passion and start a soccer academy for his boys and their teammates.  This dream is now a well known, respected brand, a product in high demand, making a positive impact to hundreds of kids.  This established organization is Nona Soccer Academy. 

The mission of the Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce is to enhance economic growth of the Lake Nona area of Orlando, Florida by focusing on education, promotion, and development of the business community, and those areas of the community affecting business.

Our primary goals are to strengthen our local economy, to promote the community, provide networking opportunities, represent the interest of business with government, and develop community leaders. We designed our Breakfast Connections to promote strong connections, business opportunities, and fun!
